Distinctive Designs

Distinctive designs offers a free, no obligation consulation to begin a project.

During this consultation, the designer and the client define goals for the space, and identify it's present strengths and weaknesses. The designer also uses this time to try to better understand the personality of the client, as one of the objectives of Distinctive Designs is to reflect the personality of the client in the design of the space he or she will inhabit.

After the initial consultation, Distinctive Designs will create suggestions for colour palettes, materials, and floor layouts. 2d floor plans and 3d renderings of what the finished space will look like are created, and are discussed with the client until a plan is approved.

Distinctive Designs then co-ordinates the execution of the plan, relying on a vital network of suppliers for contracting services, materials, and furniture.
